The office manager and receptionists were all extremely helpful and professional in what is an extremely busy office.
I would suggest more workers to answer the phone, to avoid long waits for an answer.

Appointment system ridiculous. Oversubscribed service. Took me 73 phone calls to get through to reception, only to be hung up on 8 times. Really needs to have an overhaul. Its gotten so bad since its taken over the Park

Near impossible to get an appointment - was also left waiting for over 90 minutes today as the receptionist forgot to check me in.

Virtually impossible to get an appointment.
After 2 weeks finally got an appointment.
Waited 40 minutes after my appointment before seeing a doctor.
Totally unacceptable service from a hard working tax payer.
